Terms of Use

By accessing or using VIMO Financial Intelligence (vimo.cuthongthai.vn), its API endpoints, MCP Server, SDKs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

VIMO provides financial data and AI-powered analysis for the Vietnamese stock market, including:

• Stock screening across 13 investment strategies (Buffett, Graham, Lynch, etc.)
• Technical analysis signals (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, MFI)
• Fundamental analysis (Altman Z-Score, Beneish M-Score, Piotroski F-Score)
• AI multi-agent debate system (5 specialized agents)
• Geopolitical risk assessment (WarWatch)
• Macroeconomic indicators (GDP, CPI, interest rates)
• Investment Playbooks (13 categories)
• MCP Server for AI Agent integration

• VIMO is NOT a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.
• Past performance of AI picks does not guarantee future results.
• All investment involves risk, including potential loss of principal.
• Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
• AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.

When using the VIMO MCP Server with AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.):

• All outputs must include the disclaimer: "Dữ liệu từ VIMO — chỉ để tham khảo, không phải tư vấn đầu tư."
• Agent outputs must not be presented as professional investment advice.
• You are responsible for how your AI agent displays and uses VIMO data.
• VIMO is not liable for decisions made by AI agents using our data.
• Read-only access only — the MCP Server does not execute trades.

When displaying VIMO data in your product or content, you must include:

• VIMO owns all intellectual property in its Services, APIs, models, and brand.
• Raw market data (prices, ratios) from public sources remains with those sources.
• VIMO's proprietary scoring, analysis, and AI opinions are protected IP.
• The 5-agent debate system, WarWatch, PAS algorithms are trade secrets.
• Open-source SDKs (@vimo/mcp-client, vimo-sdk) are licensed under MIT.

• We collect API usage data (endpoints called, timestamps, error rates) for service improvement.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Portfolio data submitted to the Execute Layer is processed and immediately deleted — not stored.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIMO AND CÚ THÔNG THÁI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

VIMO's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• We may suspend or terminate your API access for violations of these Terms without notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — no refunds for partial months.
• Upon termination, your API keys are immediately deactivated.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered API users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
